In designing the Samyama Yoga Center interior, brick set out to create an oasis of serenity and healing. By drawing on the ideas, principles, and goals of the center’s founder, John Berg, brick was able to help bring his philanthropic dream to fruition.

Motivated solely by a desire to help people through the power of yoga, Berg wanted a space where the community could come together in strength and healing. And inspired by his own prior battle with cancer, he specifically sought to provide a therapeutic sanctuary for other survivors.

Tailored to fit exacting specifications, the main yoga studio includes such features as a double-wall of glass to avoid distraction, totally silent air-conditioning and heating, and a specialty built-in sound system.

The Samyama Yoga Center is – quite simply – a respite from the outside world. It is a holistic experience that utilizes yoga as the means to nourish and restore both mind and body. It is a place where students and teachers alike can come together in practice and contemplation – to comfortably exchange ideas and techniques.

Samyama has it covered from “A” to “shavasana.”

Equipped with a variety of state-of-the-art studios, the center can easily accommodate classes of all sizes and styles. And supplementing these instructional spaces are spa-quality restrooms, massage treatment areas, a retail lounge and outdoor spaces in which visitors can linger and socialize.
