Before brick stepped in, 742 Grayson Street was a large, industrial manufacturing complex in need of improvements and upgrades.

Brick was approached by Lift Partners to examine the potential of redeveloping the property into four warehouse spaces and enhancing the existing office space for potential R&D, warehouse-based non-retail, contractor, and arts & crafts studio uses.
