Before brick stepped in, 742 Grayson Street was a large, industrial manufacturing complex in need of improvements and upgrades.
Brick was approached by REDCO Development to examine the potential of redeveloping the property into four warehouse spaces and enhancing the existing office space for potential R&D, warehouse-based non-retail, contractor, and arts & crafts studio uses.

Brick proposed to minimally intervene, leaving a majority of the spaces, structure, and industrial aesthetics as is.

A large outdoor landscaped terrace with a new modernized entry feature anchors the old industrial structure, a symbol of the future identity it seeks to attract.
