She leverages her extensive experience in HR, accounting, and business management to help brick and its talented staff thrive. Over the last seven years Lynn has worked with brick behind the scenes, constantly improving financial performance and business workflows; finding ways to increase overall productivity and boost the happiness quotient for brick’s most valuable asset: its people. Her hard work has contributed in large part to brick’s sustained growth and prosperity, as it has in previous firms like Nelson Nygaard, which grew from 30 people and $3 million in revenue to 100 people and $16 million during her tenure as comptroller and head of Human Resources. As a partner, she then brought her skills and track record to The Number Mill, where she helped shape small businesses into efficiently run enterprises. One of these growing companies was brick. In just a few years, she helped brick evolve from a micro-start-up to a 20-person firm that was recently recognized with a PSMJ Circle of Excellence Award for firm management.


Today, Lynn is a valued member of the leadership team, focused on cultivating staff, business strategy, building effective communication between clients and employees, and making the complex business of architecture look easy. Lynn is certified as both a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources. She has a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from USF. Being good with numbers runs in the family.
