Jared Olmsted has a great deal of experience working across disciplines. He has collaborated and worked with a wide range of professional architects, engineers, artists, fabricators, and construction industry professionals both domestically and internationally due to his interest in and experience with both traditional and new digital fabrication and construction technologies.

At the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he obtained dual undergraduate degrees in architecture and fine arts in 2001, he received training as both an architectural designer and an artist. He earned his MArch in 2006 from Columbia University in New York.
