Also stirring the mix is the pervasive traffic congestion generated by the many high-paying jobs, the concentration of businesses in close proximity and the lack of affordable housing near those high-tech jobs.
In the 899 West Evelyn project, brick founder Rob Zirkle saw an opportunity to create a building serving the need for office space but also the imperative for sustainability through green design.
