Brick founder Rob Zirkle joined several colleagues on a panel of the Bisnow event “Future of Oakland”. The event brought together architects, builders, and developers from around the Bay Area to discuss the Oakland market for “construction, development, outlook and projections!”

Speakers agreed that the public perception of Oakland has changed; it is no longer a second choice to San Francisco. Oakland now presents abundant opportunities for creating properties that take advantage of sustainable transit options.
