From an undersized, outdated office space slated for demolition, to a brand new, expansive buildout with plenty of light, air, and amenities.

These amenities include a stunning roof deck – “Icing on the cake,” as one spokeswoman stated.

Oh, and some other icing? “We’ll be able to walk to so many more options for coffee.”
